NORMAL REVIEW SCHEDULES

Exempt and Expedited applications are reviewed weekly. Protocols are sent to reviewers as soon as they are received. First review can be expected within one week of receipt.

The IRB Office will be closed from 12/22/06 through 1/3/07. Protocols submitted during that period will be reviewed after 1/3/07

Full Committee applications are reviewed monthly.

APPLICATION REVIEW PACKET

We recommend that you read the information (policies, regulations, etc.) at http://www.iusb.edu/~sbirb before completing your application. It will give you background information and detail on regulations and how the board operates.

Please use typesize no smaller than 12pt throughout your application. Small type may make it difficult for reviewers to read the application and for subjects to read the consent form or information sheet.
