Beginning September 1, 2006, ALL researchers will have to take and pass the NEW IRB Certification test that went live in December 2005. Everyone involved in human subject's research (all PIs, CoPIs, faculty sponsors, etc.) must take the new test before the IUSB IRB office will accept a new protocol, amendment, or continuing review on an existing protocol.
