How to Use Your Multi-Line Telephone
| CALL FORWARD |
Permits you to reroute
ALL incoming calls to another number. |
To Activate |
Without lifting handset
... press Forward key (flashing
indicator) ... dial number where calls are to be
forwarded. Press Forward key again
(indicator goes on and stays on). |

Press Forward
key (indicator goes off). |
| CALL PICKUP |
Allows you to answer another
phone in your area. |
To Respond |
Lift handset ...
(hear dial tone) ... press Call Pickup
key or dial 1 then
3 ... answer call. |
| CALL TRANSFER |
Allows you to transfer a call to
another number without the caller re-dialing. |
To Activate |
Press Transfer
key ... dial number ... announce caller in privacy ...
press Transfer key again ... hang up. |
| 6-WAY CONFERENCE/ CONSULTATION HOLD

Lets you add more people to the call
while talking to the first person. |
To Activate |
Press Conference
key ... dial number ... announce conference ... press
Conference key again ... repeat
procedure for additional conferees (up to six parties,

Allows you to access your Voice Mail

To Respond |
When a message waiting
indication is given, an audible signal (a broken dial
tone) will be heard when you pick up the phone. Dial the
main Voice Mail number, 4848. Dial your 4 digit
passcode. |
