Speaker to Give Insight into Information Technology Management
Carl Turza, chief information officer of Sigma-Aldrich Corp., will bring his special insight on career development in information technology management to a talk at 7 p.m. Monday, March 5, in the Grille (Administration Building cafeteria), Indiana University South Bend.
The presentation is part of the NIBCO IT Management Seminar Series in the School of Business and Economics.

Sigma-Aldrich is a leading life science and high technology company from St. Louis. It operates in 35 countries and has more than 6,800 employees. More than 1 million scientists and technologists use the product lines.
Turza was named to his position in May 2006. He leads the company's information technology and Internet functions. He has more than two decades of experience in senior IT management. He formerly worked for W.W. Grainger, Honeywell Corp. (formerly known as Allied-Signal Aerospace) and several other large firms.
He has a master's in business administration degree from the University of Illinois, Chicago, and bachelor's in economics from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
