Tickets are now on sale this year's production of Eve Ensler's "The Vagina Monologues" at Indiana University South Bend.
The play, which is presented by the V-Club of IU South Bend, will be presented at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 23, and Saturday, Feb. 24, in Room 158, Northside Hall, IU South Bend. Tickets are $10 each and all proceeds will be given to SOS of the Madison Center and the YWCA of St. Joseph County. Tickets are available at the IU South Bend Box Office (Northside 017) or by calling (574) 520-4203.
This year's the production will have an opening act, the band "Suggesting Scarlett." The band consists of five women with wide ranging musical backgrounds. The Scarletts will bring with them their wit and engaging presence. "Their message looks life square in the eye with hope and fierce love." Both nights there will also be a silent auction of art, jewelry, and more. The bidding starts before the play.
