A winter and holiday fashion show and luncheon are being planned as a fund-raiser for the Black Council Scholarship Fund of Indiana University South Bend. The Gala for Stars Fashion Show and Luncheon will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 3, in the IU South Bend Administration Building cafeteria (The Grille).

Women’s and men’s fashions will be featured. A number of IU administrators will be celebrity models, including Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Alfred Guillaume Jr., and Vice Chancellor for Public Affairs and University Advancement, Ilene Sheffer.

Marshall Field’s, JC Penney, Bachrach, Fashion Bug, Stephenson’s, New York Collection Men’s Wear, Overtime Fashions and Elegant Step Shoe Store are contributing fashions for the event.

Tickets are $30 per person, or $200 for a table of eight. Deadline for ticket sales is Nov. 28.
