Mid-Autumn Festival

The Mid-Autumn Festival will be celebrated Sept. 24 from 11 a.m.- 2 p.m.

in the cafeteria and the Northside Cafe

Everyone is invited - students, faculty and staff.

The Chinese students will serve Chinese eggrolls,potstickers,cheese wontons and the special traditional mooncakes. All food provided will be fairly priced and good quality.

The Mid-Autumn Festival is one of the two most important holidays in the Chinese calendar (the other being the Chinese Lunar New Year), and is a legal holiday in several countries. Farmers celebrate the end of the summer harvesting season on this date.
