The 2000 Indiana Forum for Research Administration, our 12th annual meeting, was held at the Turkey Run Inn at Turkey Run State Park in Marshall, Indiana on Monday, July 24 - Tuesday, July 25.

The program included:

• the keynote speech by James Eifert of Rose-Hulman's Center for an Innovation Economy;
• John Schneider of Purdue University on university partnerships and technology transfer;
• Ethel Workman of Indiana University on effort reporting and cost share;
• Brenda Bailey-Hughes of Indiana University on running effective meetings; and
• Pamela Rolfs & Dawn Underwood of Ball State University on the ABCs of PDF.

The treasurer's report is available in PDF. Erika, our official Webmaster, used things she learned in the ABCs of PDF to get this done.

We hope that those of you who were able to join us found the meeting informative and enjoyable. If you have any suggestions for improvements please feel free to contract any member of the  coordinating committee. For those who were not able to join us this year we hope you will come to the 2001 meeting which will be held at Spring Mill State Park, Mitchell, IN on July 23 and 24, 2001.
