Hatha Yoga* This Iyengar-flavored class combines mindful movement and breath control
while exploring different yoga poses and breathing techniques. The word Hatha means to find balance - of the mind, the body, and our energies. Other benefits of this practice include decreased stress levels, increased flexibility, strength, confidence, and stamina.
Classes are from 12-1 p.m. on Tuesdays and Fridays beginning
Tuesday, May 13, and ending Friday, June 20, 2008.
Please Note: Some classes may be cut
due to low enrollment after the first three weeks of classes.
* Enrollment and Fee Information: Signing up is simple!
Just go to the SAC front desk and tell them you're there for a
group fitness
class (must be a member of the
SAC). It is $25.00 for a
semester pass, or $2.00 per class.
