Use the mouse to move the cursor to the top left of a cell where text is desired. Click to place the cursor there. Begin typing. The text will be the color chosen during the Select Background Color and Text Color portion of this tutorial.

To change the alignment of the text:

• Highlight the text to be changed (by moving the cursor over it while holding down the mouse button).
• Click on one of the alignment icons to choose left-aligned, centered, right-aligned, or (both margins) justified.
