Requirements
To complete this section, you must have an IU South Bend computer account.
To podcast your recordings using this method,
you must store them in a location that is accessible online. IU South Bend
provides this service with its M and O drives. In this section,
you will log in to your drive (M for students, O for faculty or
staff) and move your recording into an html folder.
Accessing Your Storage
—Go to this
Web site or type in ftp://oit.iusb.edu
to your browser's address bar.
—Enter your IU South Bend username and password to log in.
You are now connected to your IU South Bend drive. You may or may not see
several folders here. You need to have a folder named html
here. If you do not see it, follow the instructions below to create
it. If you do see it, go to the next section.
—Right click in the browser window. Select New
and then Folder.
—Name the new folder html.
Make sure it is all lowercase.
You should end up with something similar to the picture below.
