Michelle Gloss (BA 1998) is now putting her statistics training to good use in her role as a client representative for Press-Ganey. Michelle provides consulting for hospitals and other health care organizations who want to improve their service delivery. Part of that role includes interpreting the results of aggregated survey research for health-care leaders and their staff.
Alum Sandra Sprunger (BA 2006) now works as a home care manager for REAL Services, where she interned. |
