Other Important Oncourse Information
Courses remain available in Oncourse for two academic years. For example, courses from fall 2005 expired in fall 2007. When a course is over, be sure to export and save any information you wish to keep. Courses more than two years old are no longer available online; the minimum fee for retrieving data from courses more than two years old is $65.

Oncourse Update
The following KB document that summarizes the new features and enhancements has been added to IU knowledge database. The new features and enhancements are part of the June 21, 2008 release of Oncourse CL. http://kb.iu.edu/data/auoi.html
Beginning with the Fall 2007 semester, faculty will no longer have the ability to opt out of Oncourse CL (https://kb.iu.edu/data/apqc.html). Archived data will be available through Summer 2008.
The self-paced online learning materials are available at Oncourse Training and Support. The materials are constantly updated to reflect the ongoing improvements to Oncourse CL.
Feature Demonstrations contains many excellent step-by-step demonstrations to the most commonly used areas of Oncourse CL.
Faculty can also request a practice course site at https://oncourse.iu.edu/siterequest.
