SoTL Conference 2008

The Ninth Annual Midwest Conference on the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning will be held on April 11, 2008 at Indiana University South Bend. Please mark this date on your calendar.

 

The 2008 Conference Theme is:
Cultivating Excellence through Mentoring and Collaboration

The keynote speaker, James E. Lang, is Associate Professor in the English Department at Assumption College. He is author of the books:  Life on the Tenure Track: Lessons from the First Year and On Course: A Week by Week Guide to Your First Semester of College Teaching.  He is also a featured contributor to The Chronicle of Higher Education.

Parking Information:

Conference participants are granted free parking in our parking garage (the only garage on IUSB campus) which is located on the corner of Mishawaka Ave and 20th Street. The parking garage connects to Wiekamp Hall (DW) through a covered walkway. The registration desk will be located in front of the blue wall straight ahead when you enter the Wiekamp Hall. Please check out the links of directions to IUSB and maps for your convenience.
