Faculty Annual Report (for reporting 2014 effort) :: Go to Faculty Systems in One.IU
Important Note: Beginning calendar year 2014 annual reports faculty in all units will complete the online Faculty Annual Report posted under Faculty Systems in One.IU and not the forms that have been used in the past. However, unlike recent years, no supplemental form below will be used to report high impact practices and other student engagement activities. Instead, two "guides" to assist with determining where to report such activities are included here.
