IU South Bend Alumni Office Project and Improvement Fund

Gifts will support capital improvement projects and maintenance of the Alumni Association office space at IU South Bend.

IUSB 21st Century Fund

Gifts will support development of the IU South Bend campus and expansion of IU/Purdue programs at IU South Bend.

IUSB Administration Building Fund

Gifts will support renovation of the Administration Building at IU South Bend.

Scholarships and Fellowships

IUSB General Scholarship Fund

Gifts will support undergraduate and graduate scholarships for students at IU South Bend.

IU South Bend Jubilee Alumni Scholarship

Gifts will support scholarships for students at IU South Bend who have a minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale and have engaged in community service. The Scholarship is renewable provided the recipients continue to meet the criteria outlined above.

IUSB Alumni Association Scholarship Endowment Fund

Income from gifts will support scholarships at IU South Bend.

Alumni Affairs Non-Traditional Student Scholarship

Gifts support scholarships for non-traditional students attending IUSB who have been out of high school for at least 3 years and are enrolled in at least 6 credit hours per semester. Need and GPA will be also be considered, but not a determining factor.

IU South Bend Sueno Annual Scholarship

Gifts will support scholarships for students enrolled at IU South Bend with a minimum GPA of 2.0 on a 4 point scale. Preference will be given to Hispanic students, but is open to all ethnic and cultural backgrounds.

IU South Bend Alumni Honors Scholarship

Gifts will support undergraduate scholarships at IU South Bend for graduating high school students from a public or private high school in northern Indiana or southern Michigan. Specific requirements must be met for students to receive funding.

Sueno Endowed Scholarship

Income from gifts to this endowment will support undergraduate & graduate scholarships at IU South Bend with preference to Hispanic students. Additional requirements must be met for students to receive funding.

Alma and Bill Powell Alumni Endowed Scholarship

Income from gifts will support undergraduate students who are working toward a degree in Education or Business Economics on the IU South Bend Campus. Students must meet specific requirements to receive funding.

IU South Bend Black Council Scholarship

Gifts will support scholarships to students attending IU South Bend. Special consideration will be given to underrepresented populations, with preference given to African American students.

Ilene G. and Richard D. Sheffer Rwandese Scholarship

Income from gifts will support undergraduate scholarships for students at IU South Bend with preference to individuals whose families were part of the 1994 genocide in Rwanda. Additional requirements must be met for students to receive funding.

Chancellor Terry L. Allison Scholarship in Creativity and Innovation

Income from gifts will support scholarships for IUSB students who have completed their first undergraduate year and have demonstrated financial need to support their second year at IU South Bend. Additional requirements must be met to receive funding.

Chad Edward Pearson Memorial Scholarship Fund

Income from gifts will support scholarships for students at IU South Bend who have expressed intention to pursue a career in human services, public service, or education. Additional requirements must be met for students to receive funding.

Robin Borr Memorial Scholarship

Gifts will support scholarships for undergraduate students at IU South Bend.

IU South Bend Veteran and Family Relief Scholarship

Gifts will support undergraduate scholarships for veterans and the dependents of veterans attending IU South Bend who have experienced a financial hardship that jeopardizes their educational goals.

"Your Dreams are Possible" Karen White Scholarship

Gifts support scholarships for sophomores at IU South Bend who are 21st Century Scholars with a minimum GPA of 2.5 and engaged in community service. Special consideration will be given to underrepresented populations. Additional requirements also apply.

Thomas Smith Memorial Fund

Gifts will support awards, fellowships or scholarships for students enrolled at IU South Bend.

Lester M. Wolfson Research

Gifts will support the work of Wolfson Scholars while visiting IU South Bend, who come to focus their expertise on issues of concern to the University and region, crossing disciplinary lines to address practical problems.

Eldon Lundquist Faculty Fellows Fund

Income from gifts will support a faculty fellow at IU South Bend who has exhibited excellence in teaching, scholarly or artistic achievement, and diversified relevant service, preferably in community service throughout the Michiana region.
