Dwyer College of Health Sciences is that each school within the college will be recognized as a leader in the provision of care/services and as the source of continuing education in health care. The college would be viewed not only as the sole public provider of education in the geographic area, but each will be recognized for excellence. The South Bend region faces worker shortages in all health care disciplines.
Your gift to one of the following funds will support the academic programs in the Vera Z. Dwyer School of Health Sciences.
Gifts will support scholarships for undergraduate students majoring in Nursing at IU South Bend with financial need. Special consideration will be given to underrepresented populations.
Gifts will support scholarships for undergraduate and graduate students in the Vera Z. Dwyer College of Health Sciences at IU South Bend who have a minimum GPA 2.5 on a 4 point scale.
Gifts will support graduate scholarships in the IU South Bend School of Nursing for students with a minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4 point scale, with preference to students who have earned a BSN at IU South Bend and embody passion for the nursing profession.
Gifts will support scholarships for students in the School of Nursing at IU South Bend.
Income from gifts will support students enrolled full-time in the nursing program at IU South Bend, have a GPA of 3.0 on a 4 point scale, and be involved in volunteer work or an active member in the Student Nurses Association.
Gifts be used for the general support of the IU South Bend Health and Wellness Center.
Gifts shall be used for the general support of the Nursing Department at IUSB.
Gifts shall be used for the general support of the Division of Health Sciences in the Vera Z. Dwyer College of Health Sciences at IU South Bend.
Gifts shall be used for the general support of the Vera Z Dwyer College of Health Sciences at IU South Bend.
Gifts shall be used for the general support of the Clinical Laboratory Science program in the Vera Z. Dwyer College of Health Sciences at IU South Bend.
Gifts shall be used for the general support of the Graduate Occupational Therapy Program in the School of Rehabilitation Sciences within the Vera Z. Dwyer College of Health Sciences at IU South Bend.
Income from gifts will support scholarships for students with a GPA of 2.5 on a 4 point scale who are studying or have pre-declared their intent to study Radiography in the Vera Z. Dwyer College of Health and Sciences at IU South Bend.
Gifts will support undergraduate students enrolled in the baccalaureate program in Medical Imaging with preference to students who have earned an Associate degree in Medical Imaging. Additional requirements must be met for students to receive funding.
Gifts shall be used for general support of programs and activities within the Radiography/Allied Health Programs of the Division of Nursing and Health Professions at IUSB.
Gifts will support an annual scholarship to the highest ranking graduating senior student (defined by GPA) in the Dental Hygiene Program at IU South Bend.
Gifts will support the cost of clinical services and treatment for dental care for IU South Bend students at the IU South Bend Dental Clinic.
Gifts will support the purchase of dental equipment, furnishings and technology related to dental practices for the Dental Education Clinic at IU South Bend.
Gifts shall be used for the general support of the IUSB Dental Assisting and Hygiene Programs.
Gift shall be used for the general support of the Dental Hygiene program and its students under the direction of the Department Director.
Gifts shall be used for the general support of the Dental Education Department at IUSB.
