Profile

Professor Anderson taught various graduate and undergraduate tax courses at the University of Illinois prior to joining the faculty at Indiana University South Bend. He currently is a member of these professional organizations: the American Bar Associate, the Arizona Bar Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Arizona Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American Accounting Associate and President of the Mishawaka Rotary Club 2005-2006. His areas of special interest include individual income, corporate, partnership, and estate and gift taxation. Dr. Anderson supervises the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA) at IU South Bend. This income tax services is provided free of charge to those with low incomes or the elderly and is manned by IU South Bend accounting students.
