Gary is a seasoned college educator and administrator with experience in distance education and in classroom instruction.  Before assuming his current role he taught as an adjunct faculty member in the Leighton School at IU South Bend, at Trine College, Southwestern Michigan College, and at Indiana Tech.  He also was assistant professor of business and lead faculty member at the Elkhart Campus of Indiana Tech. Before transitioning into higher education, Gary was an accomplished business professional with over 25 years of supply chain management, business management, management information systems, project management, and leadership experiences for the Honeywell Corporation, Echlin Corporation, and Hillenbrad Industries.  He maintains consulting engagements with selected clients. He is active in the community serving the St. Joseph County Literacy Council, South Bend Center for the Homeless, and St. Vincent DePaul Society.
