Robert Kenagy, J.D., Assistant Professor of Business Law, School of Business and Economics, received his J.D. degree from the College of William and Mary in 1977. He is licensed to practice law in Michigan and Indiana and worked for Whirlpool Corporation from 1986 until 2010 where he was VP and Associate General Counsel. His areas of practice included securities, corporate, and commercial law; product safety; supply chain and marketing matters; and patent matters. He held several other senior positions in legal affairs and has been active in leadership roles in the public schools and the YMCA in the region. He teaches courses in business and commercial law at undergraduate and graduate levels.
