Doctor of Business Administration, Visiting Lecturer of Management, School of Business & Economics. Her dissertation is "The Market Oriented Innovator's Dilemma," an exploration of how market learning style, market & entrepreneurial orientations, and new product development influence firm-level radical innovation orientation. Staci has served as Associate Faculty since 2007, teaching New Venture Creation, assisting with the Entrepreneur Lecture Series, and coordinating student submissions for the Kem Krest Entrepreneurship Competition. She received her M.B.A. from Bethel College and her professional experience includes Director of Prospect Research at Holy Cross College; Business Advisor & Trainer at the South Bend Area Small Business Development Center; Owner & Marketing Strategist of Brettin Design; Account Director & Marketing Strategist at Villing & Company; and Associate Marketing Manager at Environmental Test Systems.
