Harry has a diverse professional background with experience in HR/OD Management/Consulting and interests and experience in Organizational Development, Diversity, Change Management, Instructional Design & Implementation, Project Management, Training & Development, and Industrial Relations. He worked for Randstad North America, Atlanta, GA, as a Workforce Consultant. Randstad is the second largest HR service provider in the world, with 3,085 branches and 1,110 in-house locations globally.
Before this, he was with Safety Today, Groveport, OH, as a Territory Manager/Training Officer, with Weil-McLain, Michigan City, IN, as an HR/Labor Relations Consultant, with Technical Olympic S.A., Athens, Greece, as an HR/TRDV Consultant, and with Allied Tube & Conduit -A Tyco International company, Harvey, IL as an HR/Safety Specialist.
He taught previously at Purdue University Calumet, where he designed the first class on Cultural Diversity in the history of the Purdue School of Management. He advised the SHRM Chapter, and taught Human Resources Management in the Executive MBA Program. Harry has also taught at Indiana Wesleyan University, Merrillville, IN.
