Carrie Hille is the executive assistant at The Uptown Kitchen and The Mark Dine & Tap, with responsibilities for accounting, HR, and management duties. Previously, Hille owned Entrée Vous, a healthy meal creation business that provided high-end entrees for busy families. Hille has more than 20 years of hospitality management and business development experience working in Fortune 500 businesses.
Hille holds a bachelor of science degree in hotel/restaurant management from Purdue University. She has been a speaker for various entrepreneurship groups in the area, as well as serving as an evaluator for the Kern Krest Entrepreneurship & Business Problem Solving Competition. Hille is an instructor of hospitality management at Ivy Tech Community College, teaching cost control and human resource management.
Hille is a consultant to a local entrepreneur that is building a business model for Renovare, a women's health and spiritual renewal center.
