Graduate Articulation Grant
This grant assists residents of southwestern Michigan who are enrolled in selected graduate programs at IU South Bend by providing a need-based nonresident tuition grant. Award amounts vary depending on the program and the number of credits in which a student is enrolled. Awards are reviewed and awarded on a semester by semester basis as funds allow. To be considered, the following criteria must be met:
- Must be a legal U.S. citizen residing in southwestern Michigan
- Must be pursuing one of the following academic goals: a master’s degree in one of the graduate programs offered by IU South Bend, a graduate certificate program, prerequisite coursework (undergraduate or graduate) required for admission to or in conjunction with a graduate degree program, or a teacher certification program.
- Must have and maintain a 3.0 or higher GPA. (If at any time a student’s semester and/or cumulative GPA falls below 3.0, the student is ineligible to receive the award.)
- Must submit the Articulation Grant Application and the FAFSA on an annual basis.
