I Am Stressed and Don’t Know What to Do or Who to Talk to

Our Student Counseling Center is here to help. The phone number is: (574) 520-4125. Office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday with extended hours on Tuesday evening until 7:00 p.m. The office is closed from 12:30 to 1:00 each day for lunch and all day on Fridays.

If you are in immediate danger, please call 911 if is it is an emergency. The Indiana University South Bend Police Department can assist you with a personal escort if you feel unsafe while walking on campus. To request an escort on campus call: (574) 520-4239.
