Anthony V. Luber is an Associate Faculty member in the Department of Criminal Justice. He graduated with a law degree from Notre Dame Law School in 1967 and was admitted to the Federal and State bars in Indiana and the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a practicing attorney with a concentration on criminal law. Prior to the formation of the new department, he taught in the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University South Bend for more than 25 years. His courses include Substantive Criminal Law, Criminal Evidence and Criminal Trial Courts. He is currently a part-time deputy Public Defender in St. Joseph County assigned to major felony cases.
