Allied Waste, which provides curbside recycling service to the City of Mishawaka, accepts rinsed cans; labels do not have to be removed.

Borden Waste Away, which provides curbside recycling service to the Town of Lakeville accepts aluminum, steel and tins cans, as well as foil and pie tins.

The Solid Waste Management District, which provides service to most of St. Joseph county, accepts rinsed cans in the normal curbside recycling; labels do not have to be removed.

Michiana Recycling and Disposal is an regionally-based independent, locally owned recycling and waste hauler. Residential services allow garbage, recycling and yard waste to be picked up together using their One Stop-One Container-One Truck system
