Allied Waste, which provides curbside recycling service to the City of Mishawaka, accepts clear, green and brown glass without lids; labels do not have to be removed.

The Solid Waste Management District, which provides service to most of St. Joseph county, accepts clear, green and brown glass in the normal curbside recycling; labels do not have to be removed.

Michiana Recycling and Disposal is an regionally-based independent, locally owned recycling and waste hauler. Residential services allow garbage, recycling and yard waste to be picked up together using their One Stop-One Container-One Truck system
