The development office raises funds for programs and scholarships that benefit students and the community. We also seek donations for capital projects that enhance and beautify our university.

The renovated Education & Arts Building, a $22 million Indiana state project, is complete. It includes the Fine Arts program in the Ernestine M. Raclin School of the Arts, the School of Education and the Dental Education Wing. To support the Dental Education wing, generous benefactors have contributed over $600,000 toward the $1 million fundraising campaign to outfit the new clinical spaces with digital equipment and up-to-date dental technology. Dental Education courses began there in the fall of 2013. There are also naming opportunities for many of the beautiful spaces in the building.

The Louise E. Addicott and Yatish J. Joshi Performance Hall is scheduled to open on September 26, 2014. The celebration will include performances by guest artists, students, and faculty. Thanks to a $1.2 million dollar gift from The Georgina Joshi Foundation, this state-of-the-art, 224-seat facility will provide much needed, superb performance space for our students. It is a $1.8M project. You can still name a seat in the performance hall for a donation of $275.

There are more than 200 funds to which you can give in support of Indiana University South Bend. Consider how you would like to support the campus and our students by giving a gift to an existing fund. Or, share your vision with us and talk to us about starting a new fund.

Thank you for sharing in our dreams.
