The development office raises funds for programs and scholarships that benefit students and the community. We also seek donations for capital projects that enhance and beautify our university.
The 1st floor of the Administration Building is undergoing a major renovation which will be completed in May, 2017. This $3.6 million project will greatly enhance our student services functions and layout for financial aid, veteran’s services, enrollment management, tutoring, etc. It will also provide a beautiful entranceway for the visiting public. The Judd Leighton Foundation provided matching funds to complete this project.
The old Riverside Hall (original site of the IUSB Dental Clinic) will be converted into a health clinic with 8 examining rooms, classroom space and services open to the University faculty and the River park neighborhood. This $4.5 million project was made possible by a match by the Vera Z. Dwyer Trust.
There are more than 200 funds to which you can give in support of Indiana University South Bend. Consider how you would like to support the campus and our students by giving a gift to an existing fund. Or, share your vision with us and talk to us about starting a new fund.
Thank you for sharing in our dreams.
