Linda Young serves as the Director of Student Teaching & Field Experiences in the School of Education and holds a B.S. and M.S. in Elementary Education from Indiana University South Bend. In addition to her student teaching/field experiences position, she is a member of the associate faculty at IUSB with Merit Status. Prior to joining IUSB, she served as an elementary educator, and as a preschool director. Her research interests include instructional technology, Native American issues in education, multicultural education, lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender issues in education and student teacher persistence, retention and performance.
