Information about presenters:
Manly Thornton, PhD is the Executive Director of TRA Certification International, a registrar of ISO 9001 and other management standards. He has more than forty years experience with quality standards and regulations. He is the Education Chairman for Michiana Section and an adjunct member of the Society Examining Committee. He is an ASQ Fellow and certified as a Quality Engineer, Quality Manager, Quality Auditor, and Quality Improvement Associate.
Bob Kukla is the principle member of The CI Quality Consulting Group, Inc. in Edwardsburg and has American Society for Quality Fellow Status. He is an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Quality Engineer, Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence, Quality Process Analyst, Quality Technician, Calibration Technician, and Quality Auditor. Bob is a RAB/QSA Certified Lead Systems Auditor with experience in corporate staff and line positions in Operations, Product Engineering, Materials, and Quality within large tier one automotive companies.
