Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)

Students receiving aid are required to maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) each semester for which they are enrolled.  Students who fail to meet the standards set by their program are not eligible for financial aid. 

SAP standards include three separate measures.  Student must meet all three measures to pass SAP.

Measure      Definition
Qualitative Undergraduate students must achieve a 2.0 GPA or their program minimum.  Graduate students must achieve a 3.0 GPA.
Quantitative Students must successfully complete at least 67% of all classes attempted.
Pace Studies must be concluded by 150% of their published program length.
