The Vice Chancellor oversees the following units and programs:
Accounting Services performs the budget and accounting functions for the campus including accounts receivable, and general accounting. Accounting Services is also responsible for monitoring accounting transactions and the financial reporting for the auxiliary enterprises at IU South Bend, including the Bookstore, Child Care Center, Copy Center, and Dining Services.
Bookstore (Operated by Barnes & Noble)
The IU South Bend Bookstore carries textbooks for all courses, computer software, school supplies, general merchandise, and official IU South Bend clothing and athletic wear. The Bookstore has daytime, evening, and Saturday hours during the fall and spring semesters, and daytime hours Monday through Friday during summer sessions. Call (574) 520-4312 for current hours.

The Bursar Services Office
The Bursar Services Office oversees the administration of tuition and fees, bill payment including payment plans, and sponsor billings. We can assist you with the following:
Pay your bills by mail, drop box, online, or in person
Enroll in a two or three month payment plan
Request a refund
Obtain tax credit information

The Copy Center
The Copy Center provides photocopying service for IU South Bend faculty, staff, and students. The center is open from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. You can call 520-4250 or email email@example.com for requests at any time

Parking Services oversees parking operations on the IU South Bend campus. Students, faculty, and staff will find permit parking throughout campus, while visitors can park in the visitor parking lot or use metered parking.

Pick up disabled parking forms
Pay or appeal parking tickets
Purchase parking tokens for visitor lot
Pick up or turn in lost or found property

The Payroll Office
The Payroll Office handles the issuing and distribution of all payroll checks for appointed staff and hourly employees. Contact this office for information about tax withholding, W-2 forms, direct deposit, and other issues related to employee payroll.

The Vice Chancellor for Administration and Finance coordinates all real estate transactions for the campus in conjunction with the Indiana University Real Estate Office in Bloomington. This includes all property acquisitions, leases and rentals. The real estate function also includes master planning for future land acquisitions and building locations.
