National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH)
NATIONAL RESIDENCE HALL HONORARY
With over 350 chapters nationally, the National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH) recognizes the top one percent of student leaders impacting the residence halls on colleges and university campuses. Indiana University South Bend, Titan Chapter, has been inducting outstanding student leaders since 2010. As the top one percent of student leaders on campus, no more than 20 students may be members at any point in time. IUSB Titan Chapter members are active leaders on campus participating in community service initiatives, recognition projects, and leadership development activities. IUSB Titan Chapter also coordinates the "of the month" program which honors outstanding students, staff, faculty, and programs each month.
As a completely student-run organization, IUSB Titan Chapter of NRHH follows the policies and guidelines established in the NRHH constitution. NRHH consists of:
An Executive Board elected by the current NRHH members, consisting of the following positions:

OF THE MONTH (OTM):
Each month, members of the IUSB Titan Chapter of the National Residence Hall Honorary select programs and members of the Indiana University South Bend community who have been honored for making a difference in the residence halls.
Those recognized for the Of The Month (OTM) receive a certificate, door decoration and are displayed with their picture on the NRHH bulletin board each month.
Some of the various categories for “Of the Month” awards include: First Semester resident, Resident Spotlight, Faculty/Staff, Housing Staff, and Organization.
HOW TO APPLY:
Resident students who have lived in the residence halls for two semesters (including the current semester), who have above a 3.0 grade point average(GPA) at Indiana University South Bend, and have been involved in or made a difference in the residence halls are eligible to apply for membership, upon being nominated. Since only one percent of the residential population is able to be active members at any point in time, the chapter cannot exceed 20 on-campus members. Thus, the number of available spots changes each semester.
Nominations and applications for NRHH membership for spring induction will be accepted in March. Upon completing the NRHH Nomination Form, please save the document to your computer and attach it to an e-mail by sending it to email@example.com with the subject heading as NRHH NOMINATION.
