The first step towards a meaningful career with IU South Bend begins here.
Effective January 2016, Indiana University has a new, online application process (PeopleAdmin) for open jobs across IU campuses. The new employment process makes it easier for applicants to apply to staff openings, and provides greater transparency to the applicant. Previous paper applications and questionnaires are no longer valid. To apply for a job, you must complete a new account at jobs.iu.edu. The process is brief and easy and includes the ability to store a resume or complete an online application.
Users can now:
- Enjoy a streamlined process of creating a personal account
- Store a resume for easy access and easy apply process
- Utilize an online application if resume does not exist
- Search all open Staff positions at all campuses
- Customize their job search by campus location, type of job or job number
- See the status of their application, e.g., if they were referred or not; if the department is conducting interviews; if a job offer has been made; view their test scores
An online process provides efficient use of IU and environmental resources, near 24/7 access for applicants, and opportunities for an expanded diverse applicant pool. IU is pleased to be able to offer this application method.
If you have a disability and need further information about an accommodation at IU South Bend in order to complete the application process, please contact IUSBjobs@iusb.edu or call (574) 520-4398.
