Indiana University South Bend student Lindsey Roscoe, of Elkhart, is one of 33 young women from Indiana who has been selected to serve in this year’s 500 Festival Princess Program. Roscoe is a second year dental hygienist student and a graduate of Elkhart Central High School. The princesses represent 10 Indiana colleges and universities and 25 cities and towns across the state. The young women were selected from 245 applicants.…
