The Indiana University South Bend women’s basketball team was named one of the 2007-08 scholar teams by the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA). Indiana University officials have confirmed that two IU students have tested positive for the H1N1 virus, one at IUPUI and one at IU Bloomington. Both students are doing well and are recovering as expected. At this time the H1N1 virus is very mild, perhaps even more so than seasonal flu. There are no plans to alter university operating schedules. The University Emergency Preparedness Committee will continue to monitor the situation.…
