Continuing Student Registration via OneStart

For students enrolled at IU South Bend during the fall 2013 semester. Each student is assigned a “registration appointment” which denotes the first day and time the student can access registration online via OneStart. Online registration remains open only through the first week of classes. This is not an appointment to speak with an academic advisor.

Nov 4 - Nov 10
Open Registration/Schedule Adjustment For all students. No appointment required. Nov 11 - Jan 12

Classes that have session codes of Eight Wk 1, Eight Wk 2, or Non Std have starting dates and ending dates that vary from the full term semester dates.  Because these classes do not meet for the full semester or session, refund and drop/withdrawal dates vary for these classes.  Please click here for a complete list of classes that have non-standard schedules.

Electronic Drop (eDrop) is not available on the Sunday following the first week of classes. Please plan accordingly.

eDrop is available. IUSB students can drop classes electronically via their OneStart accounts until 11:59p of the deadline date.

Electronic add (eAdd) is available to IUSB students through the 25% refund period.

Attendance Reporting / Enrollment Verification: Faculty should update the status of their students in IU Flags by midnight. The Office of the Registrar will be capturing a snapshot of this data on February 10. February 8

Withdrawal Deadlines

Withdrawal with automatic grade of W ends at 11:59 p.m.

Students are encouraged to use the electronic drop (eDrop) process during the automatic W grade period. Go to OneStart, Scroll down to Services and Information; then click on eDrop.

Jan 20 - March 22

Withdrawal with grade of W or F ends at 5 p.m.
eDrop is not available. Drop forms should be obtained from the student’s advisor. The signatures of the student’s advisor, student's Dean and each instructor are required. Completed forms must be submitted for processing at the Office of the Registrar by the deadline indicated.**No withdrawals will be processed after the last day of classes.**
