Successful Events Begin Here

Special Events don't "just happen." It takes dedicated teamwork to host a successful event.

Maureen Muldoon,Special Events Coordinator, works closely with all departments on campus to plan and organize both on-campus and community events. The Special Events Office is your "one-stop shop" for handling the details of planning your meeting or event, including:

Booking your meeting room
Submitting your work order for set-up
Taking your catering order
Requesting media services
Coordinating with IU Police and parking

The Special Events Office reserves all non-academic space. Academic space is reserved through Terri Langel in the Registrar's Office at 520-4452.
