SGA - Constitution

The constitution of SGA is the governing document by which SGA conducts its business. Amendments can be made to the constitution as outlined in the document. Any questions about this document should be directed to a member of the SGA Judical Council for interpretation or clarification.

The 2011-2012 Student Government Association has passed a series of By-laws in order to improve procedures set in place by the constitution. By-laws are binding indefinitely until changed by the Senate they also supersede any bill of legislation.
